Bistro Aix — seasonal-Mediterranean and French inspired bistro dining.

In 1999, when we decided to create a new restaurant in Jacksonville, we had several "must-do" criteria to include. First, create an exciting atmosphere and decor that would rival other "big city" restaurants; second, offer a moderately-priced food and wine menu featuring the flavors we had experienced during our travels in California, Provence and the Mediterranean.
